Privacy policy

1. Who handles your information

This policy explains information use on beartech.app, the Bear Tech website. Technical service and inquiries are handled by Ricardo Salazar. For privacy matters, email [email protected] with the subject “Bear Tech Privacy”.

2. Information you may provide

• Inquiry details: name, email, customer type (home or business), service and problem description.
• Optional details: phone number, city or ZIP code and business support option. You do not need to enter a street address in the form.
• Inquiry records: language, permission to respond, request reference and UTC submission date/time.
• If you purchase a service: other necessary information may be agreed, such as visit location, devices, billing details and authorized contacts. Access and file handling are scoped before work begins.

Do not include passwords, payment card numbers, identity documents, medical information or confidential files in the form or ordinary email.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond, check coverage, prepare a proposal, coordinate work you approve and follow up. It may also be needed for billing, security, handling complaints or legal obligations.

The form permission covers responding to that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to advertising or a promotional mailing list. Bear Tech does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

4. Providers and inquiry delivery

• FormSubmit: the form sends information to this provider to forward it to Bear Tech’s email. Its processing is described in its privacy policy.
• Email: received messages are processed and stored by the email service Bear Tech uses. If you email directly, your own email provider is also involved.
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and may process technical connection information such as IP address, browser, traffic and security events. See its privacy policy.

Providers may process information in the United States or other countries under their services and policies. We do not promise storage exclusively in Georgia or third-party deletion periods outside Bear Tech’s control. Information may also be disclosed as required by law or as needed for the authorized service.

5. Browser storage and cookies

The website code stores the language preference in localStorage, under the key beartech-language. You can clear it in your browser’s site data settings. It does not store your name, email, phone number or message there.

Your inquiry and a copy may remain in page memory while it is open. Closing or reloading can lose that copy. If you download a copy or copy it to the clipboard, you control its storage on your device.

This edition’s code does not integrate advertising pixels or marketing analytics tools. Cloudflare or FormSubmit may use cookies or technical security mechanisms depending on configuration. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect some functions. We do not claim that third-party cookies can never be present.

6. Retention and information requests

Received inquiries are kept to handle and follow up on them. If a service is provided, necessary documentation may be retained for service administration, billing, complaints or legal obligations. This website does not implement automatic deletion of email records.

You may ask about your information, request corrections or deletion, or withdraw permission for future inquiry contacts. Email the privacy contact above and provide your request reference if available; do not send identity documents without an agreed suitable method.

We may need to confirm your identity. Requests are handled in light of legal obligations and applicable rights; some necessary records may not be deleted immediately. Clearing browser data does not delete emails already sent or provider records.

7. Security and device access

Submission uses HTTPS, but no system can guarantee freedom from risk. The form is a contact channel, not a means to transfer secrets or backups. FormSubmit’s acceptance of a request does not by itself confirm inbox delivery.

Remote access, copying or reviewing files, handling credentials and using AI tools on customer data require a specific scope and authorization. Sending the form does not grant device access or authorize use of your information to train AI models.

8. Minors and external links

Services are intended to be purchased by adults or authorized business representatives. We do not intentionally request minors’ information for contracting. If a minor submitted information, their representative may contact us to review deletion.

Linked third-party pages have their own policies. This policy concerns Bear Tech and does not replace those providers’ policies.

9. Updates and contact

Changes will appear here with their date. If information use changes materially, notice will be provided when appropriate and additional permission requested when necessary. For questions, contact [email protected].
