BEAR TECH
Terms and conditions
Clear information before submitting an inquiry or agreeing to work.
Last updated:
Your inquiry does not purchase a service or authorize device access. Scope, price and approval are agreed first.
1. Bear Tech and the scope of these terms
Bear Tech presents computer, Wi-Fi, camera, backup and systems support for homes and small businesses. Technical service is handled by Ricardo Salazar. Contact: [email protected].
These terms describe website use and general service principles. Each service’s scope is set out in a proposal approved before work. These terms do not replace that agreement or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
2. Inquiry, proposal and approval
Submitting the form or emailing requests information; it does not automatically purchase a service, confirm an appointment, authorize charges or grant device access. A request reference identifies the inquiry; acceptance by the submission provider does not prove inbox delivery.
Before work begins, the issue or project, covered devices, service method, tasks, price and approval are agreed. Additional work requires agreement on scope and cost before it is performed.
3. Prices, visits and availability
Prices depend on diagnosis and scope. Diagnostic, visit or travel charges, materials, parts, licenses, taxes and payment method will be detailed where applicable. The website does not promise a free diagnosis or automatically include materials.
Visits in Atlanta, Riverdale and Douglasville, Georgia, are arranged by appointment, subject to coverage and availability. An inquiry does not guarantee an immediate visit. Unlimited or 24/7 support is not offered by default.
4. One-time and monthly support
One-time support covers a defined incident or project. Monthly support requires agreement on devices and users, hours, schedule, contact method, response, preventive tasks, visits, exclusions and renewal or cancellation conditions.
Submitting the form does not activate a subscription or renewal. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval.
5. Authorization, licenses and remote access
You must own the devices or be authorized to request work and provide other people’s information. Software and licenses must be used legitimately. Do not request unauthorized access or activities that violate others’ rights.
Remote access is expressly agreed, with the necessary scope and duration. Do not share passwords or codes in the form. Temporary access, its revocation and a method for providing credentials are coordinated before work.
6. Files, backups and changes
Before formatting, reinstalling, migrating or making changes that may affect data or availability, risks, backups and responsibility for checking recovery are agreed. A backup is not automatically included in every service.
Tell us about important files, access restrictions and existing problems. Backup, recovery and file-review work is performed only within the authorized scope. These terms do not relieve Bear Tech of its legal obligations.
7. Results, warranties and third parties
Results and checks depend on device condition, compatibility and approved scope. Recovery of all files, elimination of every security risk or resolution of issues outside the agreed service is not guaranteed.
Any commercial warranty, period and review process will be detailed in the proposal or service document. Manufacturer warranties and software or external-provider terms are the responsibility of those parties. Applicable customer legal rights remain in place.
8. Rescheduling, cancellation and complaints
Request changes or cancellation as soon as possible through the agreed contact channel. Any cancellation, diagnostic, completed-work or ordered-material charge must have been disclosed and agreed beforehand; these terms do not impose automatic penalties or a blanket “no refunds” rule.
If you have an issue with completed work, contact Bear Tech with its reference and a description so the scope and appropriate remedy can be reviewed. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data. This does not prevent you from using available complaint channels or legal rights.
9. Website use, content and privacy
Use the website lawfully: do not send spam, malware, deliberately false information or other people’s data without authorization. Service illustrations are examples and are not presented as photographs of customer work.
Respect applicable rights in trademarks and content. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Submitted information is handled as described in the privacy policy. Contact permission is not an advertising subscription.
10. Updates and existing agreements
The current version is published with its date. Website changes do not retroactively change agreed prices or scope; any amendment to that agreement must be addressed with the customer. For questions, email [email protected].
